Terms of Delivery 

01. Maximum delivery days : 3-7 days

02. If a product needs 4 days time to deliver, then the exact delivery time and notice will be discussed with the customer before starting the delivery

03. Island wide delivery available and a small amount will be charged if the destination is too far based on the nature of the product.

04. Well designed tracking system is available from the time you place the order and you can do track your product until you receive using the reference number sent to your email.

05. Our delivery service is more safe and have more accuracy, however the good or product delivered to you has any damage or broken, you are kindly requested to call or e-mail to our customer service on the same day it self.

   (A)  If you find any damage on any packed product, you are requested to complain the same to the delivery boy or company

   (B)  The next step to a damaged product will be made only after a confirmation from our inspection team

   (C)  If you fail to inform for any  damage or broken product on time, the decision on that issue depends from the top management of the company

06. You will be notified via e-mail once we handover your product to our delivery team

  • You can check the status of your product via e-mail or tracking ID we provide to you until you receive the same

07. The delivery team is the sole responsible person to your product from when we handover the product to them.

08. The product/s will be handed over the delivery team only after 100% inspection by our Inspection team

09. Delivery fee or any extra fee will be charged only after confirmation from the customer
